Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης κτιρίων και εγκαταστάσεων (Hard & Soft FM Services) που συνδυαστικά εξασφαλίζουν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων της ΚΠΙΣΝ Μ.Α.Ε, για ένα (1) έτος, με δικαιώματα προαίρεσης, αφενός, για την ανάθεση επιπλέον έκτακτων εργασιών και, αφετέρου, για την παράταση της διάρκειας για έως είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες. Αναλυτικά το αντικείμενο των υπηρεσιών της Σύμβασης καθώς και των δικαιωμάτων προαίρεσης περιγράφονται στα Παραρτήματα Ι και Α, Β και Γ της Διακήρυξης, καθώς και στα Προσαρτήματα αυτής. Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της Σύμβασης, με τα δικαιώματα προαίρεσης, δηλαδή με το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την ανάθεση επιπλέον έκτακτων εργασιών και με το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την παράταση της διάρκειας για έως είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 20.082.608,79 €, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, δηλαδή στο ποσό των 24.902.434,90 €, με ΦΠΑ. Η αξία αυτή αναλύεται ως εξής: Η αξία της Σύμβασης ανέρχεται σε 6.327.190,60 €, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, δηλαδή 7.845.716,34 €, με ΦΠΑ. Η αξία του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης για παράταση της Σύμβασης έως και είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες ανέρχεται σε 6.694.202,93 €, ανά έτος, χωρίς ΦΠΑ, δηλαδή 8.300.811,63…
