Description
Vegagerðin, (e. The Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration (IRCA)), intends to make a contract with Sleggjan, MB Unimog's agent in Iceland for a 4x4 Truck with wheelbase. The Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration (IRCA), want to buy a 4x4 Truck with wheelbase about 3900 mm +/- 5% Requirements: • 4x4 Truck with wheelbase about 3900 mm ( +/- 5%) with 3way tipper with space between tipper and cap for hydraulic crane. • 1 passenger seat, steering wheel movable between left and right. • Hydraulic connections for snow plow, sweeper and grass cutter (Schmidt or compatible). • PTO for snow cutter in front. • Hydrostatic drive and with crawl gear. • Tires, 385/65, rims 17,5”* 22,5”. • Engine at least 200 kw ( 268 hp). • Truck has to be new and seller has to be certified to sell and service the vehicle locally, (in Iceland). A RFI no. 23040 - 4x4 Truck with wheelbase has been made for this procurement, which was advertised on 26th July 2024. Only one company answered the RFI, that is Sleggjan.
