Description
La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle a pour objet l'acquisition des métaux pour ses ateliers. Ce marché de fournitures est nécessaire aux divers travaux effectués par les services techniques de la Ville de Nice (construction, réparation etc..) afin de répondre aux besoins immédiats, durables et à venir. Ce marché comprend divers éléments de construction et réparation tel que aciers, profilés, tôles, tubes et clôtures.
