Description
Denna upphandling avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose ett antal av HBVs medlemsbolags behov av biogas för uppvärmning av fastigheter. Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkra marknadsmässiga och stabila kostnader för biogas, som fyller kraven för skattefrihet, för medlemsföretagen i ett långsiktigt perspektiv. Den fysiska biogasen köps till rörligt spotpris med möjlighet att genomföra prissäkringar löpande under avtalstiden, efter separata överenskommelser.
