Description

This competition is for the establishment of a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of General Engineering and Specialist Services. This proposed framework duration is five years with an option to extend for a further 3 years (with extension options of 1+1+1) The framework agreement for Engineering services will be to support Uisce Éireann’s Business Plan objectives. The terms of reference for the scope of the framework is wide-ranging and comprehensive and will encompass many requirements, including the following (non-exhaustive) list of services: Appraisal of projects and programmes Feasibility Studies and Preliminary Reports Strategic Planning and Economic Analysis Wastewater process design to primary, secondary and tertiary treatment standards Wastewater treatment infrastructure design including buildings, process equipment, networks and siteworks Water process design to relevant Irish and European standards Water treatment infrastructure design including process equipment, buildings, networks and siteworks Water and Waste networks model build, calibration, analysis and design Catchment and Receiving water quality model build, calibration, validation an…
