La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle a pour objet l'acquisition de vestes chauffantes à destination des agents travaillant dans des zones à froid positif en dessous de 14°C, voir en froid négatif (congélateurs).
