Description
Drammen municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for parallel framework agreements for 24 hour health and welfare services for adults with special needs. We would like agreements with both large and small tenderers who can offer a wide range of services. We would like variation in the service's location. Everything from the countryside to a more central location. Each tenderer shall offer individually adapted health and care services that safeguard the users ́ follow-up needs of mental and physical health. Target-oriented efforts shall be made to facilitate coping experiences, meaningful activities and inclusion in social communities so that users achieve the best possible functioning and mastering abilities. Tenderers shall offer housing to the user.
