General Description The Contracting Authority The contracting authority for the procurement is Moss municipality. See the moss.kommune.no for information on the municipality. The objective and extent of the procurement. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of company health services. The procurement ́s estimated value and the maximum value of the framework agreement are in the Competition Terms and Details. Varying assignments from year to year must be expected.
