Description

Upphandlingen omfattar leverans och fakturering av fysisk elkraft till Beställarens alla el-anläggningar. Leverantören ska komma med förslag på vad som förutsägs bli det billigaste alternativet när det gäller förhållandet prissäkrad andel och rörlig andel. Avrop på el ska ske i samråd med Beställaren. Uppskattat värde på denna upphandling avser EL-pris + påslag. Anbudsgivare ska dock endast lämna sitt pris på påslag (administrativt tillägg).
