Description
Framework agreement with one LSP supplier/dealer of software licences in the contract period. Purchase/hire of licences, maintenance, supplementing, administration, management and consultancy etc. the Contracting Authority reserves the right to confess to the LSP provider during the contract period in accordance with Microsoft ́s provisions on the change of LSP. New tenderers will take over all supplier responsibility for the requested services from when the contract is signed. This also includes annual maintenance costs for previously purchased licences/services from Microsoft, as well as the need for new/other licences or services from Microsoft. Date of renewal of licences in the contract period: Microsoft: 1 December 2024Google school: 1 June 2025Google politicians: 1 October 2024Adobe: 1 June 2025Veeam: January 2025Parallels (Option): 22 November 2024. If tenderers have input on the competition documents or discover errors, the contracting authority requests immediate feedback.
