Þau atriðið sem verktaki skal sinna eru meðal annars. 1 Almennt viðhald og þjónusta á öllum raflögnum og búnaði samkvæmt ofantöldu og öðru því er tengist raflögnum í fasteignum og lóðum þeirra. 2 Reglubundnar þjónustuskoðanir á öllum raflögnum og búnaði samkvæmt ofantöldu og öðru því er tengist raflögnum í fasteignum og lóðum þeirra. 3 Annast reglubundið eftirlit með leiðar og neyðarlýsingu.
