Beskrivelse
BACKGROUND: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs seeks to undertake an appraisal (pre- and desk appraisal) of the new Bilateral Development Programme for Danish development cooperation with Ethiopia covering the five-year period 2025-2029. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the appraisal (pre- and desk appraisal) is to provide strategic and technical quality assurance of the Bilateral Development Programme design and documentation before submission to the State Secretary for Development Policy for approval as per Guidelines for Programmes, Projects and Country Strategic Frameworks. SCOPE OF WORK & OUTPUTS: The pre-appraisal will be conducted based on a desk review of documents and initial interviews followed by a mission to Ethiopia. A desk- appraisal will be conducted upon receipt of the revised documents from the Embassy. The final methods/approach will be discussed within the team and with the Embassy at the kick off meeting before the mission.
