TenneT Reinsurance N.V. (TenneT Re) was established as a reinsurance captive insuring the retained risks for the offshore related insurances. In accordance with the submission of the captive business plan to the regulator, TenneT Re requires a reinsurer(s) to provide P&L support once losses within the primary €20m layer exceed €80m annually. In that respect TenneT Re is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly professional reinsurance partner(s).   The contracting authority is TenneT Reinsurance N.V. TenneT is a leading European Transmission System Operator (TSO) with its main activities in the Netherlands and Germany. With more than 23,000 kilometres of high-voltage lines, we ensure a reliable and secure supply of electricity to 41 million end-users. With approximately 4,500 employees, we realise a turnover of EUR 4.2 billion and a total asset value of EUR 22 billion. TenneT is one of the largest investors in national and international electricity grids on land and at sea.
