Beschreibung
Framework Agreement for the Delivery of Control Systems (IEC104) and the Provision of related services TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is the establishment of two framework agreements for the procurement of substation Control Systems, in particular Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and field control units, for use in TenneT TSO GmbH’s (TTG) high‑voltage and extra‑high‑voltage substations.
