Beschreibung
The "Decentralised Solutions for Regional Development" (SoDeR) project was jointly formulated in February 2020. This project supports the implementation of the "Advanced Regionalisation" reform and offers technical assistance to a selection of three pilot regions: Marrakech-Safi, Souss-Massa and Guelmim-Oued-Noun. The activities to be carried out under this project are at central, regional and local level, with the aim of strengthening the planning conditions for the management of regional development projects geared to needs and implementation. Taking as its guidelines the provisions of the "New Development Model" and the Strategic Action Plan of the institutional partner, the "Direction Générale des Collectivités Territoriales"(DGCT)( Directorate-General for Local Authorities), the project is structured around four areas of intervention, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of the main objective.
