voluntary ex ante transparency Maestro Pro-Omni System The contracting authority, Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC) has the intention to acquire a Axion Biosystem Maestro Pro-Omni on behalf of the department of Human Genetics. LUMC has the intention to award the contract to Axion Biosystems, 1819 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, United States. LUMC will apply the negotiation procedure without publication of a contract notice. LUMC has established that no other competitors than Axion Biosystems are, momentarily, able to meet some and the combination of the essential technical demands with respect to proven technology.
