Beschrijving
For the PALLAS Programme we are looking for a Programme Integration Manager. The ideal Programme Integration Manager (PIM) is a structured and analytical leader who thrives in complex programme / infrastructure / construction projects. With a strong eye for relevant detail and an ability to see the bigger picture, he or she ensures alignment across projects while safeguarding the programme baseline. Naturally proactive and solution-oriented, the PIM reports risks and issues early, develops effective mitigation strategies, and drives timely resolution. The Programme Integration Manager (PIM) supports the programme with integrated management across the three main projects (Reactor Project, Operational Readiness and Processing Facilities). The PIM is responsible for continuously analysing progress information from the various elements of the programme, with the aim of proactively generating programme level management information, providing insight into risks, bottlenecks and issues at the interfaces and proposing possible solutions to programme management.
