Beschrijving
The Royal Netherlands Navy (RNLN) is looking for possibilities to enhance the situational awareness on the bridge through the application of Augmented Reality (AR) for navigation purposes. The goal is to have a fully developed, tested, and deployable (TRL 9) AR device for the Officer of the Watch (OoW). The Materiel and IT Command (COMMIT) is investigating the possibilities for developing an Augmented Reality (AR) application for navigation purposes. Prior to issuing a tender, COMMIT will conduct a market consultation to investigate the supplier market's capabilities and explore its potential to meet the development needs. The information gathered during this market consultation will be used to inform COMMIT's decisions on how to proceed with the acquisition of the AR application. Organizations with relevant knowledge and experience are invited to participate in the market consultation. Additional information can be found in the attached document.
