Description
This is a call off from the Council's 18-023 Flexible Purchasing System: 16+ Accommodation and Support. To secure a service provider with the capability and capacity to deliver a young people service (16-25) via the16+ Accommodation and Support Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) which sits within Children and Young People Services. The service will encompass and deliver the five main elements of the Service Pathway including: • Emergency accommodation with on-site support. • Accommodation-based support with on-site support (Core Supported Housing). • Dispersed accommodation with floating support (semi supported housing). • Transitional Landlord Service (if available, or an increase in dispersed properties with floating support). • Floating Support for young people in their own home. The Service is to provide a minimum of four emergency beds, 12 self-contained accommodation units with on-site support, 12 dispersed properties that will have floating support and 7 transitional landlord properties across the borough.
