Description

Westminster City Council is embarking on the recommissioning of the Young Adults Supported Accommodation Pathway (aged 16 – 25 years). Providers with experience of delivering these types of services are invited to a market engagement event on Friday 19th July 2024. The market engagement will detail our intentions to procure a range of supported housing provision for young people within the borough of Westminster as an enabling part of the forthcoming Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy. The procurement will seek to commission a broad range of service providers to support the Council to allow individuals to experience inclusive lives through empowering these themes within the commissioned services: 1. A culture which is supportive and caring as well as being self-sufficient. 2. Services that value their staff and encourage upskilling. 3. Pre-independence services which focus on move-on readiness and effective move-on planning while managing expectations. 4. Accommodation, which is high-quality, psychologically informed, and conducive to promoting growth and development. 5.
