WP3982 - Independent Safeguarding Scrutineer IMPORTANT NOTE IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A BID FOR THIS CONTRACT YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DECLARATION DOCUMENT CV PERSONAL STATEMENT Walsall Safeguarding Partnership are seeking applications from individuals whose passion, vision and commitment to safeguarding some of the most vulnerable members of society matches, and challenges that of our own. This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of performing scrutineer activity, managing complex issues and facilitating meetings at a senior level, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a significant operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding agenda. The successful candidate will need to evidence they have: o A track record of providing strong leadership and delivering on strategic vision; o Significant experience in providing independent scrutiny and advice within a partnership setting; o Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; o Experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships; …
