Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICB and WorkWell partners (Birmingham City Council and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council) are looking to work with organisations based in the communities of East Birmingham and North Solihull who are interested in managing 2-5 work and health coaches. Each coach will be responsible for delivering 100 plans over a period of 18 months or so until 31st March 2026. The requirement is proposed to be split into 4 lots which will have the following footprints: • Lot 1 - Aligned to Shard End & Kitts Green and Birmingham East Central Primary Care Networks with funding for 3 FTE work and health coaches delivering 300 workwell plans and funding of £171K over 18 months. • Lot 2 - Aligned to Washwood Heath & Nechells and Saltley & Alum Rock Primary Care Networks with funding for 3 FTE work and health coaches delivering 300 workwell plans and funding of £171K over 18 months. • Lot 3 - Aligned to Small Heath and Bordersley East Primary Care Networks with funding for 2 FTE work and health coaches delivering 200 workwell plans and funding of £114K over 18months. • Lot 4 - Aligned to North Solihull Primary Car…
