Description
We are seeking agencies across a number of LOTs, to help us with branding, positioning and marketing across Regeneration and Development projects in addition to Workplace and Lifestyle leasing. There is a major focus on producing the high quality marketing collateral, content and campaigns to match the product or place. The agency should have experience and a strong understanding of place, pre-leasing campaigns, marketing high quality buildings and spaces in Central London with stand-out design capabilities. It is essential the selected consultants can generate innovative ideas and can demonstrate sound project management skills. This will include securing pre-lets across our portfolio through brand building and digital innovation. Given the diversity within our portfolio projects will be varied, and we will be seeking to appeal to a broad range of occupiers, including financial, professional, science and innovation, corporate, media, retail, and f&b. …
