Woden Road North Nursery Concession The Council is seeking a provider to operate a day nursery, known previously as the Patch Day Nursery, co-located on the site of Old Park Primary School. Term of Contract The Council is offering the successful provider a five-year lease, with an option to extend for a further five years. The successful provider will enter into a service concession contract alongside the lease, this concession contract will be for five years with an option to extend for a further five years. The anticipated commencement date is September 2024, dates will be confirmed with the successful supplier . Woden Road North Nursery was established in 2008 as part of the development of the Wednesbury Children's Centre on the Old Park school site in Wednesbury. The nursery was operated, since opening, by the Governing Body of Old Park Primary School. The nursery has always had a good reputation and regularly had a waiting list for places.
