The outcome of this Tender will be to identify a single Contractor to enter a contract with Witney Town Council to design, consult and renovate the existing Splashpad by 23rd May 2025 with an approx budget of £172,000.00 Prime objectives include: • Renovate existing control panels, pumps, solenoids • Replace 7000L underground grey water tank • Repair and renovate surface • Ensure Splashpad remains an inclusive area that all can enjoy. • Landscape the edges of the Splashpad • Improve water efficiency and reduce water usage • Addition of new overground features • Creating a space that is safe and fully compliant with industry standards • Build a park within budget that represents excellent value for money • Improve physical health and mental well-being • Encourage families to spend more time together and foster a sense of community • To ensure health and safety is paramount in all circumstances Design Brief: • Repair minor collapse of surface • Resurface Splashpad with safe, compliant and hard-wearing surface in vibrant colours.
