Description
Wickham & Knowle Parish Council in Hampshire is pleased to invite suitably qualified and experienced companies to submit tenders on a design and build basis for the construction of a new pavilion in Wickham Recreation Ground. This project aims to replace a no-longer fit-for-purpose existing pavilion on the site. The Council wishes to receive tenders for two sizes of building: Design 1: two changing rooms (including WC and showers) for teams and a changing room and shower for match officials. In addition, the Parish Council wishes to include a small kitchen, office space for 2 staff, small meeting room (for up to 25-30 people seated) together with storage space for chairs, tables, 2 adult sized goals and nets. There should also be external access for male and female toilets. Design 2: two changing rooms (including WC and showers) for teams and a changing room and shower for match officials, small meeting room (for 20-30 people standing), small kitchen and storage and external toilets as per Design 1.
