Description
This opportunity is for the Redevelopment of the Wholesale Market in Wolverhampton. In which the Wolverhampton City Council is proposing to undertake the conversion of the existing market to a mixed used site to accommodate the following facilities: - New wholesale market building - Fleet services electric vehicle workshop and associated vehicle parking provision - Passenger transport parking and storage - Shared office and welfare facilities for fleet services and passenger transport staff The procurement route is via Competitive Procedure with Negotiation The tender will be conducted in 2 stages in which: Stage 1 - the PAS-91 SSQ documentation is issued in conjunction with the PAS91 Questionnaire and the specification documents will include Detailed Design Information (RIBA Stage 4) as the contract will be awarded using the JCT Traditional form of Contract. The award criteria is to be set at 40% quality and 60% Price. At the end of Stage 1 shortlisted tenderers will be invited to participate in Stage 2.
