South Gloucestershire Council is seeking expression of interest from principal contractors who wish to be shortlisted for tendering the provision of infrastructure conversion works (Phase 2 work) to a site at Whitfield Tabernacle, Park Road Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 1QZ Phase 2 - Conversion Scope of works: • Build to print contract. • Drawings for Construction to be provided. • Planning Consent will be acquired. • Expected completion date 31st October 2025 Conversion works to include: 1. Enabling Works 2. Substructure 3. Frame 4. Upper floors 5. Roof 6. Stairs and Ramps 7. External Walls 8. Windows and External Doors 9. Internal walls and partitions 10. Internal doors 11.
