Description
The contract provides planned preventative maintenance, servicing, inspection, repair and technical support services for six brine saturators located across Worcestershire County Council's highway depot network. The saturators are essential assets supporting the Council's winter maintenance operations through the production of de-icing brine for highway treatment activities. The scope of services includes: Planned preventative maintenance inspections. Pre-season servicing and commissioning. Mid-season inspections. Season shutdown inspections and condition reporting. Emergency call-out response arrangements. Fault diagnosis and repair services. Repair reporting and technical support. Supply of replacement parts and consumables where required. Performance monitoring against agreed Key Performance Indicators. Compliance with health and safety requirements.
