The undertaking of Void property Works to ExtraCare's Villages and Housing Schemes including Inspections, Clearance, Health and Safety Checks, Servicing, Minor Repairs including redecoration, Major Component Renewals (Kitchens, Shower rooms , partial and full Domestic Rewires) and Renewal of White Goods, the contract may include a planned programme renewal of Kitchens and Bathrooms to ExtraCare's Social Rent properties, this work would be undertaken in occupied Properties. The contract will be JCT Measured Term Contract 2024
