The scope of this contract covers mechanical flailing of hedges and mowing of highway verges using tractor-mounted flail mowers/cutters. It deals with cutting for safety and maintenance, along public highways, and boundaries of allotments and public open spaces. Please see further details within the Specification (Appendix 1).
