Description
This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise - this not a tendering opportunity or a call for competition. DVSA is seeking information from potential suppliers to help shape our approach to re-procuring our Vehicle Components Testing Services Framework. Our goal is to enhance our framework by gaining insights into market capabilities and interest. This will inform the development of a robust and competitive tender specification. DVSA’s Vehicle and Component Testing Services Framework is due to expire on 8 September 2026. This opportunity is to replace the current framework. The framework will be open to include a number of suppliers who pass the criteria set out in the tender pack. DVSA will use the framework to issue call-off competitions to the appointed suppliers who can then bid in line with the process set out in Call-Off award procedure. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is the Market Surveillance Authority for automotive products in Great Britain.
