Intention to award a contract under Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contract Regulation 2015. VEAT published for a 10 day period from 18/04/2024 to 29/04/2024 for BARBRI to deliver online teaching and learning for SQE1 preparation for those students wanting to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales, without any objections in the marketplace. Consequently UoD intends to award the contract for the delivery of the SQE1 Prep Course to BARBRI on 30/04/2024 following the expiry of the VEAT notice.
