Description
Newham Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced provider to lead the delivery of infrastructure services for the borough’s Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector (VCFS). This two-year contract represents a key investment in strengthening the borough’s VCFS ecosystem - building the sector’s capacity, boosting productivity, and supporting long-term sustainability. This tender is divided into 3 lots. Lot 1- Support Programme for Global Majority/Ethnically Diverse VCF Organisations in Newham - 60 Bidder Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Experience and expertise: Proven track record in supporting global majority/ethnically diverse organisations, particularly in the VCF sector. Project Plan and methodology: Clarity, feasibility, and creativity of the proposed approach. Budget: Value for money and clear justification of costs. Understanding of local context: Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by global majority/ethnically diverse organisations in Newham.
