East Ayrshire Council (EAC) are looking to use this PIN exercise to engage with potential UPS suppliers, to maintain the current systems, carry out 6 monthly on-site maintenance checks, supply 24x7x365 remote monitoring of each system and to produce monthly reports on the status of each system.
