Description
The contracting Authority ('Authority') in relation to this notice is the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) are seeking to engage with potential suppliers on a significant and strategic procurement covering the delivery of operational analytics to support a broad range of policing-specific use cases. The programme will be known as Unified Operational Analytics (UOA). UOA aims to source an enterprise solution to embed market leading analytical tools and capabilities directly into core operational workflows, rather than point-solutions targeting separate and siloed functions that result in slow change cycles. The solution will need to deliver real time operational insight, advanced analytics, and faster decision making at the point where they have the greatest impact on policing outcomes.
