Description
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a potential opportunity to participate in a construction partnership. STFC intends to engage with potential providers through a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event and subsequent PME activities. The publication of this early engagement opportunity is a voluntary publication and does not represent a commitment by STFC to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to a contract for the services described. STFC is a world-leading research and innovation organisation, with a unique role within UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). UKRI is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). STFC are looking to establish a construction partnership to deliver its proposed estate transformation programme. This is a national contract, covering STFC’s Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and The Cosener's House, Oxfordshire, Chilbolton Observatory, Stockbridge, Daresbury Laboratory, Warrington, The Royal Observatory Edinburgh, and Boulby Underground Laboratory, Cleveland.
