Description
NHSBT are exploring the possibility of purchasing a content management system and engaging design and development services to implement and support multiple national/international website. The purpose of this PIN is to maximize the opportunity for a successful procurement process and eventual acquisition, should the Authority choose to invite competitive tenders from the marketplace in the future. The Authority hopes to gain an understanding of the indicative budgetary costs; the implementation and project timescales; obtain information for the procurement sourcing strategy and the business case; and finally, to inform the business decision relative to a future procurement process and the project direction.
