Description

The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all designated areas to a high standard to ensure they are safe, clean, and esthetically pleasing. Twyford Parish Council is committed to the environment. The Council will expect the Contractor to work in a collaborative partnership and ensure environmentally friendly practices are adopted in the application of their contract. Grounds Maintenance Scope of Work The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services at the following locations: King George V Recreation Ground (KGVR), RG10 9JA London Road allotments, RG10 9AX Hurst Road allotments, RG10 9NT Twyford Parish Burial Ground, RG10 9NT Stanlake Meadow, RG10 0BL Bell Corner, RG10 9NY Polehampton Corner, RG10 9AE Jubilee Corner, RG10 9JQ Services Required The following services are required as part of the grounds maintenance contract: 1. Grass cutting 19 cuts which equates to 1 cut in March and then fortnightly through to the end of November. 1.2 KGVR playground grass - Cut and drop.
