Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) as accountable body for the NEY Net Zero Hub is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake the scoping and development of a robust pilot delivery plan with specific actions and activities identified, realistic costs and confirmed/in-principle sources of additional investment.
