Description

The Euston Delivery Company (EDC) is responsible for leading the integrated redevelopment of the Euston campus and delivering a world-class transport gateway for the UK. EDC is to integrate into a reconstructed single and coherent national transport gateway, all mainline railway, London Underground, bus and taxi infrastructure at Euston (collectively known as the Euston campus), including the new high-speed terminus, for which a public-private partnership model is being explored. EDC plans to engage a Programme Challenge and Assurance Partner [P-CAP] to support in the delivery of the Euston Programme. The scope of the P-CAP's responsibilities will be refined over coming months, but may include: 1. Cost Challenge, Control and Analysis: Forecasting the Expected Cost at Completion (ECC) of the programme, identifying key drivers of spend and benchmarking to provide and challenge estimates. 2. Schedule Control and Optimisation: Examining the programme and its pipeline of deliverables, identifying interdependencies and timings to inform strategic decision-making and optimise outcomes 3.
