Description
This project seeks to deliver a Digital Traffic Enforcement System (DTES) Replacement Solution that will support the following potential objectives. Suppliers who express interest are asked to consider the following: Objective 1: Gauge supplier knowledge on potential routes to market and possible frameworks to carry out the procurement. Objective 2: Seek feedback on how TfL can ensure continuity of Traffic Order Enforcement on the TfL Road Network (TLRN) with no loss of enforcement capability during transition or following implementation of the replacement solution. Objective 3: Seek feedback on how TfL can deliver a more efficient and cost-effective solution with lower maintenance costs compared to current delivery solution. Objective 4:Seek feedback on how TfL can deliver a solution with a more simplified architecture to future proof technology and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory authorities. Objective 5: Seek feedback on how TfL can provide a solution which continues to be satisfactory by end users and enables effective use of enforcement resources i.e. issuing PCNs effectively and efficiently.
