Norfolk County Council have awarded a contract to a provider from the supported living framework agreement - Lot 1 to provide support at Long Road, Norwich, Norfolk. Support is to be provided to five (5) individuals to enable and provide them with the opportunities to develop skills, gain independence and to achieve their personal outcomes. The service to be provided under the Framework terms and conditions including call-off schedule 13 and the service specification. Specific details relating to this service are included in service specification - Appendix A Long Road
