To deliver Northampton Town Centre Public Realm Project (Abington St/Fish St Area) RIBA 3  Prepare scope and responsibilities matrix for agreement with client  Receive new topographical, GPR, geotechnical information and consider implications for Stage 2 design  Support Cost Plan process (by others)  Lead pre application discussions with planning department case officer and design/conservation officers  Engagement with Disability Panel to ensure that proposals comply with original design intent and are DDA compliant.  As Planning Consent is expected to be granted at the end of the process, address potential changes which may be required to the evolving design.  Design development of the concept design proposals to a Developed Design level (RIBA Stage 3). Provide a sufficiently detailed pack of information to allow cost checks by the QS.  Interface with utilities framework on drainage provision and below ground works (to drainage engineers details)  Interface with appointed traffic engineer on vehicular, emergency access and servicing integration and any TRO/Stopping Up applications required.  Interface and liaison with any Heritage/Archaeologist regarding th…
