Description
This notice is requesting suppliers to express an interest in participating in early market engagement which will begin 21 days from the date of publication of this notice. The estimated date for an overview of the approach will take place WEEK COMMENCING 30th OCTOBER 2023. Suppliers wishing to participate in this open online session will need to register via Sell to Wales or by emailing dave.floyd@perago.wales by no later than 14:00 hours on Tuesday 31 October 2023. An overview of the requirement will be made available to interested suppliers following registration closure. This session will be held online and will provide interested supplier(s) with an overview of the proposed: procurement approach, technology architecture, data migration and implementation approach and associated timescales. Following on from the online overview session there will also be an opportunity to further participate in a face-to-face buyer-to-supplier Market Engagement Session(s).
