Description
These repairs are a critical component in supporting independent living, enhancing safety, and ensuring the ongoing quality of life for residents with mobility or disability needs. CONTRACT TERM The Authority is looking for potential service provider(s) to be awarded a contract for a period of 48 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months. The anticipated contract award will be made 07/10/2026 and contract commencement will be 08/10/2026.
