Description
Glasgow Kelvin College requires a Contractor to provide an on-line digital skills learning package and to identify and recruit eligible learners onto College digital upskilling programmes. The key priorities of the learning materials are to support the upskilling of workers in low paid employment from within the Glasgow City Region and develop their digital skills and the digital capacity of their employer. This tender exercise is a Light Touch Regime tender, under Schedule 3 Social and other Specific Services (80420000 : E-learning services).
