The Provision of a Fraud Case Management System and Intelligence Database on behalf of NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA)

Description

The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is a health authority charged with identifying, investigating and preventing fraud and other economic crime within the NHS and the wider health group. As a health authority focused entirely on counter fraud work, the NHSCFA is independent from other NHS bodies and directly accountable to the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). THE NHSCFA currently operate two separate systems for the provision of an intelligence database and a case management system. The intention is to identify if there is a single solution that can replace the existing systems. If that is not possible then the aim would be to have two separate products that connect and align with each other to avoid duplication and operational inefficiencies. This market engagement exercise seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the requirements.
