The Growth Company Expression of Interest - Healthy Working Life Connect to Work: West Yorkshire

The Growth Company are seeking Expressions of Interest from locally embedded providers with recent experience of delivering IPS services (or similar), who can clearly demonstrate their knowledge and experience of working within the Fidelity Model (or aligned with the Model) with the target cohort on a similar scale. We are looking for providers who can deliver in one or more Local Authority areas within West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA). Connect to Work aims to deliver support to 100,000 disabled people, people with health conditions, and those with complex barriers nationally, helping them to get into employment and get on in work. The WYCA Connect to Work programme will operate across the full West Yorkshire geography, encompassing the five Local Authority areas of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. This procurement aims to secure a Lead Provider to deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) element of Connect to Work across the whole Combined Authority area.
