Description
Northern Gas Networks (NGN) are looking for a business to undergo the construction, (including the contractors design elements and associated external works and incoming services), of a new build depot. One single supplier is required to undertake the new build project at the Cannon Park depot located at Marsh Street, Cannon Park, Middlesbrough, TS1 5JH. The works project will include the construction of a completely new depot and subsequent fit out of said depot. Including (and not limited to), office space, meeting rooms, kitchen, WC areas, all associated mechanical and electrical works and extensive external works. NGN have a detailed design for architectural, structural and M&E of this depot - which can be shared upon request. The form of contract is the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract with Contractors Design Portion 2016.
